Privacy

This trial is built to UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 requirements. The controller is eny (enyinc.uk). Contact: info@enyinc.uk.

What we collect

At signup, your business name and work email. Nothing else about you. Inside the trial you enter jobs, addresses, names and vehicle details; please use demo or test data only, as you agreed at signup.

Why (lawful basis)

To run the trial you asked for (contract), and to follow up with you about it (legitimate interest). eny staff can see your signup name and email, and counts of how the trial is used (for example how many jobs were moved), so we can support the trial. We do not look at the contents of your jobs.

How long we keep it

30 days from signup. After that the workspace locks and a daily job permanently deletes every record in it. There are no backups of trial data. The signup email about your trial sent to our inbox is kept as a sales enquiry.

Your rights

• Get a copy of everything in your workspace as JSON: Account, then Export (/account/export). UK GDPR Articles 15 and 20.
• Delete it all now, before the 30 days are up: Account, then Delete (/account/delete). Article 17.
• Ask us anything, or object, at info@enyinc.uk.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.

Security

HTTPS only. Sessions are signed cookies (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax). PINs are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, never in clear. Staff see only what their role allows. Signup and sign-in are rate-limited. Every change is written to an audit log that cannot be edited.

No tracking

This site runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party scripts, and sets no cookies except the one that keeps you signed in. The signup page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. Data is hosted on Cloudflare.
